It's always a gamble when you go to a repair facility for the first time. We were very pleasantly surprised about how things went. We bought our car at a Ford dealer in Hanford. We live in Visalia so Visalia Ford is much more convenient for us. Visalia Ford will be our place for service from now on..

Given the fact that I had to come back to have equipment REMOVED as per ford, it's hard to say I'm happy with ford overall but the staff are all going their best and are exceptionally courteous . I appreciate that. The situation is not complete but Tim has tried to explain the odd situation. We will see how things turn out.
