I had purchased my vehicle a y...
I had purchased my vehicle a year ago and I was going to have the wheels rotated only to find out I never received the lock for the wheels. They were able to find a replacement key that day and gave it to me after my vehicle was completed. I thought I was going to have to order a replacement key, which would have taken a few days to get. I was very appreciative of how my situation was handled and had to comment on a very friendly staff as well.

I would only give a 4.5 out 5 ...
I would only give a 4.5 out 5 stars if I could only because the vehicle was delivered dirty. After signing papers, we spent an hour waiting for our truck to be delivered. We were told they only had one guy to clean vehicles for delivery. The windshield was so dirty we had to have the detailer clean it so we could see to drive home. The next morning, after looking the truck over in the daylight, we saw that it was never vacuumed or detailed. I took it to a detailer and spent $80.00 on top of what I already paid, to clean the truck the way it should have been cleaned at delivery. Other than that, I was very happy with the dealer, and Juan Sanchez our salesperson. The facility was clean, the staff were professional and I felt they gave us the best deal they could considering the hype on the 2017 F350 right now. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family who are in the market for a Ford.

I arrived 2 hours early, but they informed m it was OK. They completed the work quickly, washed my car, and vacuumed he interior in a timely manner. I received a complete report of all services performed. The waiting room is very comfortable with adequate comfortable seating and a clean restroom. I will definitely go back for all of my service needs.
